Pere Estrany and Stephen Lacy co-founded Twin Shores Capital to bridge real estate investment opportunities between Europe and the United States. Their combined expertise and entrepreneurial spirit create a truly international platform with local execution.

Pere studied Communication and Public Relations at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona and spent four years in Germany as Director of Communications at a multinational company. With over a decade of experience in the European real estate market and as co-founder of multiple ventures, he brings leadership, vision, and a strong international network across Spain and beyond.

In addition, Pere has been a long-time partner of SPQR Investments, collaborating on international real estate operations and capital expansion.

Originally from San Francisco, Stephen studied Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California (USC). With more than 15 years of experience, he has specialized in acquisitions, asset management, and value creation.

Stephen worked in asset acquisition and disposition through the brokerage firm Battery Commercial (owned by Sansome Pacific Properties), where he collaborated with major firms such as Fortress Investment Group and Sansome Pacific Properties. He completed transactions with top credit tenants including Wells Fargo, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Chase Bank, and McDonald’s, among others.

Beyond real estate, Stephen has launched and successfully developed several ventures, further strengthening his entrepreneurial profile.
