We manage the full investment process, ensuring consistent execution across all stages:
1_Sourcing
Through a well-established local network, we identify off-market opportunities across residential, hospitality, and development assets, primarily through direct relationships with owners and operators.
2_Due Diligence
Each asset is analyzed from a legal, technical, and financial perspective. For complex transactions, we coordinate with specialized and recognized advisors to ensure a robust and independent assessment of risk.
3_Structuring
We support the design of the investment structure, including SPVs, tax considerations, and financing when applicable, ensuring regulatory compliance and an efficient framework.
4_Operational Management
We act as a single point of accountability, coordinating all stakeholders involved in the project, including legal advisors, architects, contractors, and property managers.
5_Execution & Oversight
We oversee the asset throughout its lifecycle, from acquisition to exit, with a focus on timelines, cost control, and day-to-day execution.
